Overview:
The Sha'ya'el are the third hybrid race created by the Grey's.  They are more Human in appearance than the Essassani but less than the Ya'ya'el. They are the first of the hybrid races to cocreate with humanity. They act as guides for the cocreation that happens with the Yah-Yel (the fifth hybrid race) and Humans. 

Appearance: Large eyes, very slender. Bashar refers to these beings as more human-looking than his own race (Essessani), but not as human looking as the Yah-Yel.
