Teleportation
The Essessani & the Yah Yel (the ETs behind the Phoenix lights) both describe a form of movement in which they are able to move from one location to another simply by changing their frequency. This is one of the methods by which their ships can seemingly disappear and reappear at will.
Even more amazingly, they also explain that they can do this without the aid of a craft or any outward technology at all. It is what we call an inner-technology.

The Essessani live in a reality that is more akin to a lucid dream where the reality around them is not as fixed as ours. This is because the society as a collective has agreed to ‘play by this different set of rules to the game of physical incarnation’ than we did, & they naturally hold a larger amount of conscious energy (higher frequency). This allows them a greater conscious ability to shape reality in ways we can’t.
The Yah Yel don’t hold as high of a frequency as the Essessani so their reality is a bit more similar to ours, but they still have an innate ability to change locations just by changing their frequency.
This way of moving becomes more easily understood when you realize that our consciousness is not living within us, actually, the contrary is true, WE ARE LIVING WITHIN OUR CONSCIOUSNESS. And, as such, the reality we interact with is not fixed & unchanging rather, as quantum physics is starting to demonstrate, our reality is a hologram made from consciousness Itself.
